Thank you for downloading the APP.
The APP were developed, are owned and operated by, Jesús Rojo (hereinafter, referred to as the "Developer").
The APP also includes any APP updates and upgrades that the Developer
may provide to you or make available to you, or that you obtain after the date you obtain your initial copy of the APP,
to the extent that such items are not accompanied by a separate Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, referred to as the “Policy”) has been established to help you understand
our commitment to protecting your privacy.
It is the Policy of the APP to respect your privacy, and the privacy of all users of our applications in general.
BY INSTALLING, USING OR ACCESSING THE APP,
YOU HEREBY ACCEPT THE POLICY WITHOUT QUALIFICATION.
You have also explicitly accepted the Terms and the Policy when you install
the APP and launch the APP for the first time.
If you do not agree to this Policy, do not use or access the APP,
and please delete it from the device (hereinafter, referred to as the “Device”) on which the APP was installed.
NO COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Developer does not gather any of your personal information while you are using the APP,
except as provided for in this Policy.
RESPONSIBILITY
The APP is well tested, but there is always a small probability of bugs or other different problems.
The Developer disclaims any responsibility pointing towards the use of the APP.
THIRD-PARTY ENGINES
The APP use engines that are in the device, to record and play texts. This engines may have its own privacy policies.
The Developer disclaims any responsibility pointing towards the use of these engines.
THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS
The APP may or may not have publicity (depending of the version) and uses Google, a third party vendor,
to serve advertisements in the APP, using the AdMob system (http://www.google.com/ads/admob/).
By using the APP, you consent to the delivery of these advertisements and any data collected by Google,
as per the Privacy Policy of AdMob (http://www.admob.com/home/privacy).
None of this information, however, can identify you personally to the Developer.
The information may be used to serve you advertisements that will be of interest to you.
You can disable this feature through your Android settings or the Google Settings App.
You can also opt out of such Google advertising at any time by visiting your
Google Ads Settings page( https://www.google.com/settings/ads).

THIRD-PARTY ANALYTICS
The APP may or may not use Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting which gives the Developer
certain demographic and interest information about the APP users.
By using the APP, you consent this use of Google Analytics and any data collected by Google,
as per the Privacy Policy of Google Analytics (https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html).
THIRD-PARTY LIBRARIES (hereinafter, referred to as the “APIs”)
The APP use APIs. This APIs may have its own Privacy policies.
The Developer disclaims any responsibility pointing towards the use of these APIs.
PERMISSIONS
The following is a complete listing and description of what functions on the Device
are accessed and / or modified by the APP.
- INTERNET AND ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
The APP contains advertising
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Allows the APP to write and read to the main storage.
Only until version 160. After version 164 was removed.
- RECORD_AUDIO (Microphone)
Allows the APP to make Recordings using the microphone.
- MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS
Allows the APP to modify global audio settings (to listen clearly the audio)
- ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY
Allows the APP to modify global audio settings
- NOTIFICATIONS
To show controls of microphone and megaphone
